Completely disappointed with the customer service and collection. There was only 2 staffs to attend the 15-20 customers at the busy times. And I wasn't able to find 11 size sandals of many models and the staff explained the stock was not available.Wonder if it is a showroom or not 🙂 …

We went to get a hush puppies sandal from Bata. Sandals were not in good shape. The lady was only trying to sell and not consider the quality and manufacture faults while she was trying to make us buy. Very bad experience. Should check new stocks that come. And not give us faulty goods for the money we plan to buy.

The worst outlet ever! It seems like they only care about having an outlet and don't prioritize customer service. The staff is unhelpful and doesn’t even make an effort to assist customers. Please reconsider keeping staff like this. The service and customer care are pathetic.

Totally disappointed. I bought a sandal from here last week. Today I used it for the first time. Within half an hour of its use, the buckle of its rear strap got damaged. I had to walk barefooted after this. Extremely unhappy to see the deteriorating quality of Bata footwear.

I asked for two carry bags and they charged for it. they kept one carry bag inside the other with two pairs of footwear I bought. When I reached near parking noticed that one carry bag without handle. Very poor salesmanship which will affect the reputation of such shops.
