The guy ordered shoe online for home delivery due to size un-availability at store which has still not reached me after 10 days.. no refund .. no customer service.. store isn’t taking calls.. took the money and now shifting responsibilities leaving me tracking the package.. suffering for trusting the company ..never ever again

Visited in sector 17 e chandigarh store.they told pay here and ll deliver at home. No shoe recd till 10 days.then i confirm from store. Said no shoe in stock. They people dont bother to inform customer.poor n horrible service

Nice place,famous for footwear and watchshop. Usually moderate rush in the evening. Verka booth is available. Parking is available. VIP,BATA and bombay dying showroom is there.

Appreciated , I think in india Bata offers quality of shoes with latest design and style . And also gives me good discount toady i buy shoes for my sister , and I really satisfied with their quality and price.

Too bad experience with Bata I buy sneakers on 17 march and wear only for 8 hours. See the pictures I attached I think red tape is much better and affordable.
