Store and ambience is contemporary, but products are not up to the mark in terms of style and quality. The durability for which Bata was known once has been causality in recent time. Nice staff and pleasant service but in want of good product to match, there is a sense of lacking.

It's a nice, big store with a lot of variety and super friendly staff. The only downside is that there's a lot of crowd in the store and stuff goes out of stock pretty soon, especially the products on sale. All in all its a decent place to find comfortable and quality footwear.

Though this outlet has lot of variety but it fails miserably in customer dealing..... No one welcomes you apart from the guard at the door. Then it is so occupied alwaysthat seldom you will witness their staff coming up-to you and helping with your buying requirements. At least in my experience. Hope their service improves.

It is a factory outlet located in Sector 17, Gurgaon. The store even has the new red label collection unlike other stores in the city. Unfortunately, I did not get exactly what I was looking for due to limited footwear designs. This is best time to visit the store to avail 50% off.

I found the exact same wash room rubber chappals that my mother-in-law uses and wanted. There was only one pair remaining of this model and was of her exact size. Very well stocked footwear showroom.

Bata is a good brand and its store has amazing products for all. Formal, Casual, Sports and now apparel are also good. Pls visit and purchase.

Very good place established very good and supportive always ready to help up all ways getting a very good and excellent deal always find very good discount on products you can also find all other backup butter like Hush puppies and many more you should go ahead equals it is near to Sector 17 and 5 minutes tribe from Signature Tower.
