There is only one way to describe this store. It's HUGE. And of course stocked with everything you'll associate with the brand. A little understaffed for the size of the place but no of sub brands on offer is also good. They have everything from formals to smart casuals to sports and kids footwear.

The hugest Bata store I've ever seen. Great variety of shoes to choose from, and it doesn't cut a big hole in your pocket. The staff service is good, they cater to your budget and choice.

No staff to listen to your need. If at all they attend, you will feel like they are doing favour. Arrogance in attitude. Orders taken for home delivery due to size unavailability are left unattended. Extremely bad service

Big and fresh looking, choice band is on the higher side. Had experienced that footwear bought from here don't last as expected of a brand. Wonder if these are spurious or seconds quality

Doesn't have latest items only for fast selling items are kept in plenty, high end items such as 1TB SDD external drive is not there, surface 4 laptops are not kept on display, neither in stock

It's in Viviana mall this they have sufficient stock of shoes , sandals n etc. But shortage of staff and whoever staff is there they are busy with important customer's. There was noone who can guide us or atleast show some concern that we were also customer there.
