Poor service. Shop staff are in their own world. They think people will buy Bata anyway but this attitude is a danger sign for Bata.

Limited collection of shoes and accessories, though friendly staffs, bought a pair of shoes - rock leather sneaker. The stairs at the entrance may be challenging for the elders. Limited parking space.
