Very bad service. I purchased product on June and I returned it. Till now refund not initiated it is pending form last 3-4 months. Very very bad experience with Online shopping on bata.in portal. Never purchased on online bata site. It is very worst experience. Customer experience is very bad.

Didn't buy anything, since they didn't have our specific requirements in stock. But was attended to inspite of it being busy and given all possible options. Good service. This is the Aundh Brach of Bata.
