The staff is not attentive at all. They do not care about customers entering the store they keep on doing there things. If you like the color size is not available and if you fit in size you'll not find colors.

We shopped shoes worth around 5000 and asked to order one more shoes which is not available in store and they told us they will order and let us know but after they called us and told shoes is available so when we visited store again then they told shoes is sold out to another customer without informing us.

The name is enough to tell you everything about the product sells here, all type of footwear are available here for gents and Ladies with an mazing offers it is besides kotak mahindra bank and in front of kaka halwai shop if you are thinking about buying a shoes or sandles please visit ince.

This Bata showroom is in the Aundh Market Road near the Westend Mall. Not a very big outlet but we got what we were looking for. The salesman was very helpful. Overall, this outlet gives you a very positive vibe. Since it is Aundh, parking will be difficult to find in this area.

walked in to check out some shoes at Bata's Aundh , found the salesmen very lethargic, no one even approached me to find out what I was looking for they were busy talking among themselves, checked out some shoes, on asking my size they told me its all out of stock, very very salesmanship

Went on Sunday in search of a specific pair of specific size. Was not available there. Store offered to arrange in 1-2 days. Got a pleasant surprise on Monday when I got a call from store saying the pair has arrived and can be collected. Got what was desired from Bata after many days.
