You cannot return an item after purchase. Good guys at the shop floor serving hopeless company policy. If you need a footwear for yourself or loved ones then go to some other place.

They charge for the carry bag if you buy shoes from them. Seriously...no one would go with a carry bag to a Bata showroom. And one can't be expected to carry shoes in hand after buying them. I didn't want to pay for the carry bag so i didn't buy the shoes also. Not going to Bata in future

An old favourite of mine, my recent experience here has been far from satisfactory. The options for shoes were limited, and the staff was highly disinterested and unhelpful.

Very good collection of shoes and really helpful sales people. Salespeople went out of the way to help us get discounts. Bata is taking on the competition.

The place is ok but the staff is not good. I found it with experience..if you are choosy enough and request them to show stuff post having seen 3/4 varieties- their staff wouldn't say though but they start making faces and smile sarcastically. This makes one uncomfortable as a customer.

Very good shoe store for branded BATA shoe. Original shoe available at good prices staff also good and collection of shoe also new you can buy here all types of boys and girls shoe easily reachable place if you are nearby shahdara visit this store

I didn't like the store as I felt not comfortable enough to buy shoes. Store is very small compared to other Bata store. That doesn't mean that nobody wouldn't get product according to their choices.
