Good range of products. I gave them one less star because of false advertisement. They advertised "50% off" everywhere with huge banners and posters everywhere but almost everything was not on sale. Still the price was decent.

Very dumb, disinterested staff they have. Customer is asking for 5 number and they are showing 6 number shoes. Customer is asking for "A" design and staff is saying look at "B" as they are not able to differentiate in two different designs. A big setback to "Bata" brand.

Very bad outlet... No one takes you seriously..... At the time of purchase they hover around you like flies... But when you have some trouble related to your order. Then no one is there to help you... Worst outlet ever... Never ever buying from Bata again and no more recommended.

Worst staffed Bata store in India. Good place to get employed, have fun with colleagues all day and freedom to use mobile to heart's content. It will be a world record if they can find the size you are looking for.
