Selling Duplicate Product Product . I purchased Sandal for Rs 990 ( Power ) on 14 May 2024 . They told 3 months guarantee . In one week strap of sandal broken in 2 pieces. when went to store to change it they told write to company stores as there is no such stock available .

Purchased Bata brand shoe on 4-Aug-24 and got damaged within 10 days of purchase. When, i went for replacement, the staff is telling that, it can be repaired and replacement is not possible. They are maintaing one plain slip for noting down the defect. One of the worst Bata show room and the quality is very very poor.

After first purchase from bata (comfort) I got exchange with this after a lot bargain I got this within a two week look the condition..of sandal not worth it . They have so complicated policy as well . Suggest khadim always
