Good collection. But very few staff to support. The ones there are pretty helpful. But they are grossly over worked since number of shoppers are way high on the weekends. So we have to wait a while to get size or pair together.

I have been using bata shoes for more than 15 years now and do see the drastic drop in quality. Previously, bata used to be the go to brand for quality shoes, however i do not recommend the brand anyone. Suggest to stay away from this brand.
