I really like the bata shoes and all footwear. I always prefer bata shoes. Bata all the items are very good in budget and all the things are long durable and comfortable as well. Power shoes are also good that's bata brands only.

The store have some good collection, but the owners shall maintain the place properly. And less staff to attend as compare to the sore size. I was able to see only 3 staffs excluding the billing person. They also don't have different sizes for the good collection ones.

Spacious outlet, enough variety of footwear, sometimes out of sizes. Staff is courteous but many times refer to online orders, now customers look forward to experience ' look and feel' of footwear. …

I bought Hush Puppies shoes worth around Rs. 4k. Within 8 months the sole was gone and went to the shop to complain but no use. They said after 3 months, product can't be replaced. Terrible quality. Don't buy here. Bata should take action.

The store had a in-shop pronation orthotics testing which was helpful to decide on footwear. However , they have removed it from the one and only Bata showroom Indiranagar, Bangalore. Hope they would introduce it some where in Bangalore again
