We're looking for a dedicated technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Soldering: Expert-level soldering of LED lights, switches, speaker wires, and PCB components Ensure strong, clean joints for long-lasting use Assembly & Gluing: Accurately glue and fix components onto wooden boards (using hot glue or other safe adhesives) Attach parts firmly without damaging electronic elements Screwing & Mounting: Drill, screw and fit components precisely on pre-cut wooden surfaces PCB Knowledge: Understand basic PCB layouts and connections Identify and troubleshoot common connection issues Quality & Safety Checks: Inspect all connections and assemblies for functionality and safety before packaging Ensure neat wiring and child-safe finishes --- Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in soldering small components Familiarity with LED lights, push buttons, speaker wiring, and PCBs Basic electrical knowledge (voltage, polarity, battery handling) Comfortable with basic tools: drill machine, screwdriver, glue gun, etc. Attention to neatness, durability, and child safety Ability to follow design/layout instructions accurately Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 08/07/2025
