Position: Digital Marketing Outreach Intern Department: Growth & Marketing Location: Remote / WFH Type: Internship (3-6 months) Stipend: Performance-based (with potential for full-time offer) About Us We are a fast growing digital marketing agency specializing in performance-based lead generation through platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and advanced CRM workflows. Our mission is to connect high-quality leads with businesses in Dubai and beyond using cutting-edge strategies and personalized outreach. Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven *Digital Marketing Outreach Intern* to support our client acquisition team. This is a hands-on role where you will actively engage with prospects via LinkedIn, Instagram, and email, qualify leads, and contribute directly to the agency's growth. Key Responsibilities * Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn and Instagram aligned with our ideal client profile. * Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages using approved outreach frameworks. * Maintain structured follow-ups with leads to qualify interest and intent. * Evaluate and tag leads as cold, warm, or hot based on defined qualification criteria. * Document all outreach activity and lead statuses in CRM (training provided). * Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging and optimize outreach campaigns. * Generate weekly performance reports highlighting outreach success, lead quality, and recommendations. Ideal Candidate Profile * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not required). * Familiar with LinkedIn and Instagram as professional outreach tools. * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn digital marketing and lead generation. * Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, or willing to learn. * Bonus: Any past experience in social media management, cold outreach, or using platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
