About the Café

We are a modern café and bar offering a welcoming atmosphere, quality beverages, and great customer experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista who is passionate about coffee, enjoys interacting with guests, and can deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha, and cold coffee.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, presentation, and temperature.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Prepare and serve non-coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and other café drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
• Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients to ensure adequate stock.
• Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and beverage preparation procedures.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and daily opening and closing duties.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothing.
• Basic latte art skills will be an advantage.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
