Human Resources Management Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals. Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Handle performance appraisal cycles and coordinate with department heads. Administration Oversee daily administrative operations, office supplies, facilities, and IT infrastructure coordination. Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll systems with accuracy. Support audits, documentation, and other regulatory compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube, and app install networks (UAC, Facebook App Ads). Drive eCommerce sales , app downloads , and qualified lead generation using advanced funnel strategies. Analyze and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CPI, and LTV goals. Create and test high-converting creatives with content/design teams. Conduct audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike targeting. Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Firebase, and MMP tools (like AppsFlyer or Branch) for accurate tracking and attribution. Strategize and execute full-funnel paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversion. Collaborate with SEO, CRM, tech, and product teams to align performance with the overall growth roadmap. Requirements 3+ years of experience in eCommerce paid marketing, lead gen, and app campaigns. Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube, UAC. Strong skills in conversion tracking, event setup (GA4, GTM, Firebase), and attribution. Experience scaling ROAS across multi-platform campaigns. Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or mobile app ecosystems (Android/iOS). Knowledge of landing page optimization, UTM strategies, and creative testing.
