Job Overview We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing restaurants. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience — all while maintaining operational excellence and maximizing performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve sales and service targets. Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and ordering. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Deliver an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. Recruit, train, and coach staff to create a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. Monitor and control labor costs, waste, and overall expenses to meet budget goals. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sector. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Passion for food, service, and team development. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
