Barbenders Gym is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of gym services and memberships. Key Responsibilities: Greet members and walk-in clients politely and professionally Handle enquiries about gym memberships, offers, and services Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and front desk queries Assist with membership sales and renewals Maintain attendance records and basic data entry Coordinate with trainers and management when required Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Requirements: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Good communication skills in English, Hindi (local language is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, billing software) Sales or customer service experience is an advantage Friendly personality with a professional appearance Preferred Skills: Ability to handle clients confidently Sales-oriented mindset Interest in fitness and healthy lifestyle Benefits: Fixed salary + incentives (if applicable) Friendly and energetic work environment Growth opportunities in the fitness industry Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 56 – 70 per week Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
