The role involves meeting clients based on tele-caller appointments, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to meet clients as per tele-caller appointments.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Identify new business opportunities and market trends.Provide feedback to the tele-caller team for better lead conversions.Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (field sales preferred).Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools (preferred).
