Conduct field visits to meet with clients and understand their financial needs. Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly targets set by the organization for new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in field sales or related roles (personal loans, business loans). Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
