Role Overview: As an ABAP Developer at SAP Fioneer, you will be a valuable team member in a cross-functional SCRUM team based in India. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality software solutions in collaboration with your team members. You will play a crucial role in enhancing financial services through innovative software solutions and platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate excellent development, quality & delivery skills within SCRUM teams, following short development and release cycles. - Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams. - Display learning agility by quickly upskilling on new tasks and concepts. - Utilize agile software engineering methods to develop software, including coding, testing, quality assurance, and documentation. - Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Develop new products and software features based on the AGILE development methodology. - Design new software features. - Test and troubleshoot new software during the testing phases. - Analyze and resolve (complex) issues in existing and new releases of the product. Qualifications Required: - Academic degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent qualification. - 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in the product technology stack including ABAP, CDS/HANA, FIORI, OData. - Experience in SAP application development or expertise in financial services application development would be advantageous.
