The Account Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily responsibilities will include managing orders, resolving customer inquiries, overseeing inventory and stock management, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves creating and maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to develop strategies to grow customer accounts and improve customer retention. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and client service skills Experience in inventory and stock management Proficient in maintaining financial records, analyzing sales data, and developing actionable insights Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and team members Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for customer retention Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory Prior experience in retail or customer relations is a plus
