Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor at our Bengaluru location. The Construction Supervisor will oversee site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, conducting site inspections for quality checks, and coordinating with architects and project managers. The ideal candidate will also resolve on-site issues, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience Proficiency in performing site Inspections and ensuring adherence to construction quality standards Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, architects, and clients In-depth understanding of Construction Safety standards and protocols Problem-solving ability and experience managing construction workflows effectively Knowledge of materials like Stonecrete and decorative wall finishes is an advantage Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
