Our products are critical components used in a wide range of industrial machinery. With increasing demand from South India, particularly Tamil Nadu, we are expanding our presence in Chennai. Job Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive in Chennai with prior experience in industrial product sales. The role involves visiting manufacturing units and factories to promote and sell our range of industrial belts. You will initially be provided with a client database for outreach and will gradually be expected to generate your own leads. Key Responsibilities: • Field visits to industrial clients across Chennai and surrounding areas. • Build strong relationships with maintenance heads, purchase managers, and decision-makers in factories. • Demonstrate product usage and explain technical specifications. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Submit daily reports and market feedback. • Attend monthly and quarterly review meetings in Kolkata. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 3 years in field sales, preferably in industrial products or related sectors. • Location: Must be currently based in Chennai . • Mandatory: Two-wheeler, valid driving license, and smartphone. • Skills: Strong communication, sales acumen, and understanding of factory/industrial operations. • Training: Initial training and final selection will be conducted at our Kolkata headquarters. Must be able to speak proper english , understand hindi , plus speak if possible Work Timing: As per standard industrial hours (factory shift timings).
