Job Title: Computer Operator – Customer Care Service Location: M P Nagar Company: Balajee Computek Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Experience Required: 0-6 Months Salary: Negotiable Job Overview: Balajee Computek is seeking a Computer Operator who will also handle Customer Care Service responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for operating computers and related equipment to perform routine tasks such as data entry, report generation, customer interaction, and basic troubleshooting. A strong focus on customer support, communication, and a basic understanding of technical issues is essential. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day computer operations and data entry tasks. Attend to customer calls, messages, or emails and resolve queries politely and promptly. Maintain customer records, service logs, and complaint registers accurately. Provide basic troubleshooting support and guide customers as per company standards. Coordinate with the technical/support team for any unresolved customer issues. Assist in generating reports, invoices, receipts, and maintaining digital records. Ensure smooth operation of installed software, printers, and other IT equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and office equipment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email, Typing). Good typing speed and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach. Ability to work independently and with a team. Previous experience in customer care or data entry will be an advantage. Preferred: Experience with CRM software or helpdesk tools. Knowledge of local language will be a plus.
