Job Title: AreaSales Manager. ZENERA is a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminium architectural solutions. We specialize in innovative and durable aluminium doors, windows, facades systems, railings, internal sliders, partitions, shower enclosures, wardrobes, and so on. Our expertise ensures energy- efficient and stylish solutions tailored to client needs. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join us at our Headquarter in Kolkata . Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales. Out of which, 3*+ years of sales experience should be in the Aluminium Fenestration Industry.* Good knowledge about windows,doors and other architectural products. Smart, presentable, should have strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, both B2B ( Architechs , Interior Designers and Builders) & B2C. Proficiency in Google Suite. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, must have a bike. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s Degree (MBA) is an added advantage. The job scope is as follows: 1. Strategise sales approaches and methods for lead generation, and prepare a plan of action for achieving overall organisational objectives monthly & quarterly. 2. You need to oversee the order flow process - presenting quotes, organising final measurements, collection of advance, liaisoning with the factory for timely production, and installation. 3. Build relationships with interiors, architects, and developers. Visit them regularly with samples and do continuous follow-up. 4. Generate Daily Progress Reports on the basis of Day to day work completed. 5. Meet individual sales targets. 6. Ensure brand value creation for ZENERA. 7. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring timely follow-ups, and proactively addressing concerns to deliver effective solutions.
