Bal Vikas Hall is located in convenient place in Chembur. Reasonable rate. So people hire it for different purposes meeting, celebration,music etc etc.

Its a good hall but for less people not more than 100 people. Good for parties, seminar, engagement ceremony. The catering service was also good, loved the food.

A good hall to have small gatherings. Can accomodate approx 200 people. Good A/C conditioned hall, off the main road, sound & dust free but very close to chembur station Very convenient.

Very well professionally maintained hall for small functions/recitals with recent renovation done Washrooms are very well maintained. Some pantry outlet should have been provided to have a cup of tea

Not a very great place to be in, but it serves the locals here, whose expectations from this place are also minimal. Engages itself; besides being a marriage and functions hall; into various other social activities like Indian festivals, speeches from well known dignitaries, organising seminars et.

Good place for small events and marriage with guest count around 200. Only the monopoly of services from defined vendors make it bit odd. Otherwise nice place for seminars.
