Job Description:- Bal Medi Aid, a leading wholesale distributor in the healthcare sector based in Jammu city, is seeking a Service & Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a technical graduate who is motivated to build a career in both sales and technical service within the medical equipment industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling healthcare equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, Ventilators, and Oxygen Concentrators, while also providing after-sales service and technical support. You will interact with doctors, hospitals, and individual customers, ensuring they receive both the right solutions and excellent service. This position offers a unique mix of sales exposure and hands-on technical experience, making it a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to grow in the healthcare and biomedical sector. Skills & Experience Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engi neering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field. Experience : 0–1 year (Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply). Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of electronic equipment troubleshooting and servicing. Sales & Customer Skills : Good communication and presentation abilities. Confidence in dealing with doctors, hospitals, and end customers. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Others Skills : Problem-solving attitude with willingness to learn. Flexibility to travel locally for sales and service support. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting).
