Horrifying Customer Experience. Bought Bajaj Fan in Jan 24 - started making creaking sound.Complaint sent on 3 Sept - follow up complaint on 14 Sept - all in vain. There is no intent to resolve. Very poor experience. Buyer’s beware

A bit secluded being in the highway. Though there are autos, buses and cabs available usually, it maybe a problem during late evenings. Also if u work in any offices here I suggest you get lunch boxes or order well before your lunch break. Nearby areas are devoid of good lunch homes/restaurant.

Very nice building. Prime location. Well maintained. Visitors can park outside the building. Bajaj Electricals is on floor 5, 6, 7... that I know of. Conference rooms are near and clean. Staff are polite and courteous.

If you are buying a product from Bajaj electricals,forget about after sale services.They won't provide repair services.replacement parts are always put of stock

The feedback is about Bajaj geyser and the way service centre and authorised local service ppl have handled the issue. Just delaying the replacement so that the geyser purchased in March 2022 is out of its warranty period. Hope someone takes appropriate action against such malpractice.

It is located near everard colony.from kurla east station u can go via bus no 58,59,60. Almost entire building belongs to Bajaj electricals.
