Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Facility Manager/Facility Manager located in Bengaluru. The AFM/FM will be responsible for Facilities Operations, Customer Satisfaction, Building Management, and Communication. Duties will include daily coordination of facility activities, managing vendor relationships, and interfacing with clients and customers. Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional. Manage a team of Housekeeping and Maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance. Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment , and develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems, including electrical, plumbing, and critical equipment. Works closely with internal and external maintenance to report maintenance problems, schedule requests and report housekeeping inconsistencies and challenges. Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures. Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities, and project statuses. Oversees the front desk and hospitality services offered to all lines of business. Responsible for the delivery of meeting services in client-facing offices. Review and processing of vendor-related invoicing . Qualifications Experience in Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree Skills Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and data optimization. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including strong written communication. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
