Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to support our Real Estate Sales and Operations teams, including Leasing, Industrial Sales and Residential Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for sales coordination, lead generation, client calling, survey scheduling, CRM management, follow-ups and backend operational support.

This role requires good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, basic knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Candidates from non-real-estate industries with relevant experience in sales support, backend operations, customer coordination or telecalling are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales executives, surveyors and field teams for daily activities.
• Plan, assign and manage survey schedules based on business priorities.
• Generate potential leads through outbound calling, online research and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for client enquiries, lead generation and confirmations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and existing leads.
• Update lead details, activities and client information in Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Coordinate between field teams, sales departments and office operations.
• Monitor pending assignments and ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, operational records and documentation.
• Assist management with administrative and operational coordination.
• Prioritize urgent field requirements and manage daily schedules effectively.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong calling, lead generation and follow-up abilities.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM software.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
• Good coordination and task management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Client handling and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, sales coordination, customer support or administrative support preferred.
• Real Estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Fresh knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and MS Excel is desirable.
• Candidates from BPO, Customer Support, Sales Support, Administration and other service industries can also apply.
