Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Follow up on order confirmations and payment status.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer support. Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Salary Range: ₹18,000–₹22,000 CTC per month.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
