Job Summary: The Sales Backend Operations Executive will be responsible for managing essential sales support activities, including preparing and sending quotations, coordinating with customers, planning material dispatch, and ensuring customer requirements are met. The role involves working closely with the stores and purchase departments to ensure availability of required materials and obtaining quotes for items not in stock. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations. Plan and coordinate material dispatch as per customer requirements. Collaborate with the stores department to verify material availability. Obtain quotes from the purchase department for unavailable materials. Ensure seamless communication between departments to optimize sales operations. Maintain records and track customer orders, quotations, and dispatch schedules. Support the sales team with backend administrative tasks.
