Backend Executive- Technical

Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist the R&D Manager with the preparation & managing, of technical reports, presentations, Overall backend support to the team & senior staff. Assist with the coordination of meetings, workshops, and conferences, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Facilitate communication between the R&D Manager and various internal teams (research groups, engineering, administration) and external partners Support the R&D Manager in the use of various software and tools for project management, data analysis, and communication Follow up with customers & create a communication for easy service & feedback support Provide general administrative support to the R&D Manager and the broader R&D office as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Electronics /Computer Science / Bio-medical, Science, or a related technical field. 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, project coordination, or administrative role, preferably supporting technical or research teams . Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & AI tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a proactive member of the team with decision making skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Critical Thinking Ability.
