About the Role As a Java Developer at HARMAN Lifestyle, you will be responsible for deploying microservices, automating processes, and managing system lifecycle including security and infrastructure. Your skills in Java, Hibernate, SAML/OpenSAML, REST APIs, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Git workflow will be crucial in this role. What You Will Do Utilize Go for automation and bootstrapping, implement the RAFT Consensus Algorithm, and leverage HashiCorp Vault. Your key responsibilities will include service configuration and automation, deployment and upgrade management, as well as enabling controlled deployments and rollbacks to minimize downtime. What You Need to Be Successful To excel in this role, you should have 6+ years of experience in the field of engineering with a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in Java language, Play framework, SQL, MySQL, Jenkins pipeline, and CI/CD is essential. Experience with AWS and containers is a plus.
