About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling tech startup in the SaaS and enterprise automation space, we build scalable backend systems that power real-time workflows, API-driven integrations, and data-heavy applications for global B2B clients. Our engineers work at the intersection of Python, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architecture to deliver robust, low-latency services that scale under load—while keeping maintainability and security at the core.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Python, focusing on RESTful and async APIs.
Architect microservices and data pipelines that connect with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ship features with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/K8s), and monitoring.
Optimize database queries, improve system performance, and implement caching strategies for high-traffic endpoints.
Write clean, testable code with unit/integration tests, ensuring high code coverage and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.
