The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in backend development, REST API development, database management, authentication systems and scalable application architecture.
The primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain and optimize secure, scalable and high-performance backend services for our SaaS applications.
Candidates should also have a good understanding of Frontend Development (React.js / Next.js) and Mobile App Development (React Native / Android) to ensure smooth integration across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Design and manage database architecture using MySQL and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, JWT and role-based access control.
- Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, payment gateways and notification services.
- Implement caching using Redis and background processing using RabbitMQ.
- Develop real-time communication features using WebSockets.
- Optimize backend performance, security, scalability and database efficiency.
- Collaborate with Frontend Developers (React.js / Next.js) for API integration.
- Collaborate with Mobile App Developers (React Native / Android) for mobile API integration.
- Manage backend builds, server configuration and production deployments.
- Debug issues, monitor application performance and maintain code quality.
- Follow clean coding practices, software development standards and Git workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Backend Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of REST API architecture and database management.
- Practical knowledge of authentication, authorization and application security.
- Understanding of scalable and multi-user application architecture.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js / Next.js.
- Basic understanding of React Native / Android application development.
