Backend Developer

You will be joining Hancod, a fast-moving, innovation-driven startup known for developing Duxbe, an AI-powered Point of Sale (POS) and ERP solution. Team members engage in activities like playing Jenga, badminton, and knowledge sharing sessions to foster personal and professional growth. - Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-documented APIs - Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate and implement features seamlessly - Manage databases using PostgreSQL (Supabase) - Implement user authentication, authorization, and role management - Build backend logic for ERP modules such as inventory, billing, and HR - Ensure application performance, scalability, error handling, debugging, and optimize backend code for reliability and speed - Document system architecture and backend processes for effective communication within the team To be eligible for this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field - Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience - Be proficient in Supabase (or Firebase), SQL, PostgreSQL, and backend development - Possess the ability to write optimized, secure, and well-documented backend code - Have exposure to building ERP/business modules Joining Hancod offers you the opportunity to work on real-world business software, have a say in product decisions and architecture, and experience personal and professional growth in a startup environment with hands-on mentorship.
