Backend Developer- Golang & MySQL

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services in GoLang. This includes designing, managing, and optimizing large relational database schemas (MySQL/Postgres or similar) and implementing and managing ORM frameworks (e.g., GORM or equivalent) for efficient DB interactions. Additionally, you will build APIs (REST/GraphQL) for both internal and external system integration and write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for data transformation. Your role will also involve building scalable business logic modules for financial workflows and computation-heavy systems, collaborating with architects and front-end developers on system design and API development, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning in production. You will also support deployment and system monitoring in an onsite environment. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2 years of backend development experience (preferably in GoLang), strong DB design skills with hands-on experience in SQL optimization and data modeling, experience in ETL processes and handling large datasets, strong problem-solving and business logic programming capabilities, and familiarity with system monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning. Bonus skills include exposure to ERP systems, experience with computation-heavy or data-intensive applications, and knowledge of financial/lending systems.
