Certified Physiotherapist Patient Success & Program Enrollment Role Summary We are seeking a licensed physiotherapist to guide inbound patients into the most appropriate wellness and rehabilitation programs. This role blends clinical insight with patient educationassessing needs, explaining treatment pathways, and supporting patients through confident program enrollment. This is not a sales role , but a clinically led patient success position. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial physiotherapy consultations for inbound patient leads Assess movement, pain points, functional limitations, and rehab goals Recommend appropriate wellness and physiotherapy programs based on clinical judgment Educate patients on treatment approach, timelines, expectations, and outcomes Address clinical concerns and contraindications prior to enrollment Guide patients through program selection and enrollment completion Coordinate with internal physio and care teams for onboarding and continuity of care Document assessments, recommendations, and follow-ups in CRM/EMR Required Qualifications Licensed / Certified Physiotherapist (BPT/MPT ) Active registration with relevant physiotherapy council or board 2+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience preferred Strong patient communication and counseling skills Comfortable discussing program structure, commitment, and pricing Experience in musculoskeletal rehab, chronic pain, or wellness programs preferred What Success Looks Like Clinically appropriate program placements High conversion of qualified inbound patients Patients feel medically informed, safe, and confident enrolling Seamless transition from consultation to active care
