Role Summary

IGT is hiring for the KLM Claims process (Air France-KLM), a back-office, email-based role. You will handle customer claim emails and resolve them accurately and on time, in clear and professional English.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, review and respond to customer claim emails
• Check claim details and update them in the system accurately
• Meet quality, turnaround time (TAT) and productivity targets
• Follow process guidelines and keep documentation correct
• Escalate complex cases to the right team

Eligibility

• Freshers: Graduates
• Experienced: Undergraduate dropouts with relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in a back-office / email process
