Back Office Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, updating shipment details, coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update shipment, delivery, and logistics records in the system.

Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, bills, and other logistics-related documents.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status and deliveries.

Track shipments and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.

Verify delivery proofs (POD), consignment details, and supporting documents.

Assist with billing, data entry, report preparation, and document filing.

Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, returns, and pending shipments.

Handle customer and vendor queries related to logistics documentation and delivery status.

Prepare daily MIS reports and operational updates.

Ensure all records and documents are maintained accurately and on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate in any stream.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.

Good data entry skills with attention to detail.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or back-office operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
