Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform data entry and update customer information in internal systems.
Verify customer documents, forms, and records for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain and update databases, records, and operational reports.
Handle data processing, file management, and documentation activities.
Prepare daily reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and complete pending tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Basic understanding of back-office operations and data management.
Good communication and organizational skills.
