Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Process client account opening, modification, and closure requests.
Verify KYC, CKYC and other regulatory documentation.
Handle Demat and Trading account operations and maintenance.
Conduct client onboarding and document verification processes.
Coordinate with exchanges, depositories, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Process settlements, fund transfers, pay-in/pay-out activities and ledger reconciliations.
Generate contract notes, client reports, MIS, and operational statements.
Resolve client queries related to account opening, transactions, holdings and account services.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure timely execution of back-office processes and adherence to company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
