Back Office Executive - Property Management & Lettings

Work Timings: UK Shift (UK business hours)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Back Office Executive to support the daily operations of our UK-based property management and lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property documentation, digital records, and tenancy-related administrative tasks.
• Handle emails and routine enquiries from landlords, tenants, contractors, and prospective tenants.
• Coordinate property viewings, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Track maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely updates and coordination.
• Maintain accurate property records, enquiry logs, and viewing schedules.
• Support property managers and letting agents with daily administrative activities.
• Escalate urgent maintenance issues and pending actions to the relevant team.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in back-office operations, office administration, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with UK property lettings, tenancy administration, or property management software is an advantage.
