Back Office Executive – Property & General Insurance Claims

• Handle and process General Insurance claims from intimation to final settlement.
• Review claim documents, policy details, survey reports, estimates, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Insurance Companies, Surveyors, Insureds, Brokers, and other stakeholders for timely claim processing.
• Follow up on pending documents and claim requirements with the concerned parties.
• Verify claim-related information and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Coordinate with surveyors for survey assignments, reports, clarifications, and claim updates.
• Monitor claim status and maintain accurate records and trackers.
• Review survey reports and supporting documents before forwarding claims for further processing.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documents, and claim-related issues and escalate them to the concerned authority.
• Prepare claim status reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure claims are processed within defined timelines and as per company procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of claim information.
• Handle follow-ups with insurers and clients regarding claim approvals, queries, and settlements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
