Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage activities, vendor outreach, and communication for ongoing projects.

* Generate and connect with potential vendors for inventory and in-kind support through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain a database of vendors and in-kind donors for project requirements.

* Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.

* Support content writing, review, and donor communication.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

* Track and update sponsorship inputs and outcomes.

* Support in organizing donor-related visits or virtual interactions.

* Support in designing monitoring tools (questionnaires, checklists, feedback forms).

* Prepare structured reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) summarizing key findings, progress, and challenges.

* Maintain assigned KRAs, track performance metrics, and ensure timely achievement of targets and deliverables.

* Track vendor interactions, commitments, and support received through regular follow-ups and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
