With over 3 decades of experience in the field, our company has multiple branches in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and the Middle East.

Back Office - Quotation & Costing Responsibilities

Prepared detailed project quotations based on client requirements and specifications.

Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, Word )

Coordinated with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

Compared and analyzed multiple vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Ensured accuracy of quantity, rates, taxes, and terms in all quotations.

Customized quotations in line with client budgets and project timelines.

Maintained a database of standard rates and vendor contacts for quick reference.

Followed up with Boss regarding quotation approvals and clarifications.
