Job Description

The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the stock brokerage firm. The role involves handling client account documentation, trade settlements, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the front office with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Processing and verifying client transactions and trade settlements. Maintaining and updating client records and documentation. Coordinating with depositories, exchanges, and other related entities. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Providing administrative support to the sales and trading teams. Handling client queries and ensuring prompt resolution. Skills & Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Knowledge of stock markets, securities, and trading processes. Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant back-office software. Attention to detail and accuracy.
