Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Presell and post sell activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
Prepare daily, monthly, and weekly reports to analyze and track the performance of sales personnel.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2-5 years of experience with Advance Excel, tally, or related ERP software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
